3. 产品描述与照片
我们会尽力准确描述与呈现我们的甜品。然而,所有产品均为手作,尺寸、颜色、形状、装饰、质地、包装与外观可能有所差异。
网站或社交媒体上的照片仅供参考。由于季节性食材、手工制作、灯光、包装、设计更新或食材供应情况,最终产品可能与照片有所不同。
4. 订单与预订
订单可通过我们的网站、订购表单、微信、Instagram、小红书或我们提供的其他渠道下达。
在我们接受订单并(如适用)完成付款之前,订单不视为确认。提交订购表单并不保证有货。
你有责任提供准确的联系信息、订单详情、自提信息及任何特殊要求。对于因信息不正确或不完整导致的延误或错过自提,我们不承担责任。
5. 付款
除非另有说明,价格以美元计价。适用时可能加收税费、服务费、支付处理费、配送费或其他费用。
付款必须在我们提供的截止时间前完成。若未按时收到付款,我们可能取消或释放你的订单。
付款可能由第三方支付服务商处理。对于第三方支付服务的延误、错误、费用、交易被拒或安全做法,我们不承担责任。
6. 自提、配送与爽约政策
除非我们明确为某一订单提供配送,产品仅限在 Makkie Mua 确认的地点与时间自提。
自提地点与时间可能因每周或每单而异。你有责任在确认的自提时段内取货。
由于甜品易腐,延迟取货可能影响产品品质。若你未在确认的自提时段内取货,且未提前与我们做出安排,该订单可能被视为爽约,且可能不符合退款、更换或积分的资格。
如提供配送,配送时间仅为预估。对于因交通、天气、第三方配送服务、地址错误或我们无法控制的情况造成的延误,我们不承担责任。
7. 存储与新鲜度
我们的甜品以新鲜为目标制作,取货或收货后应小心处理。
收到订单后,你有责任妥善存储。许多甜品可能需要冷藏、小心运输并及时食用。我们可能提供存储或食用说明,但你有责任遵循这些说明。
对于因处理不当、延迟取货、未能冷藏、将产品留在车内或温暖环境中,或在建议期限后食用而导致的产品品质问题,Makkie Mua 不承担责任。
8. 过敏原与饮食提示
我们的产品可能含有或接触常见过敏原,包括但不限于牛奶、鸡蛋、小麦、麸质、大豆、芝麻、花生、坚果、椰子、水果、巧克力及其他食材。
除非针对某一具体订单以书面形式明确确认,我们不保证任何产品是无过敏原、无麸质、无乳制品、无坚果、纯素或适合任何特定饮食限制。
有过敏、饮食限制、医疗状况或食物敏感的顾客应在下单前联系我们。下单即表示你理解并接受过敏原交叉接触的风险。
9. 定制订单与特殊要求
定制设计、口味、装饰、包装、留言或特殊要求,我们可自行决定是否接受。
我们会尽力遵循已确认的定制细节,但手作产品可能有所差异。对于不可行、不安全、侵犯第三方权利、含冒犯性内容、需要无法获得的食材,或无法在要求时间内完成的请求,我们可予以拒绝。
定制订单一经确认,变更不予保证。
10. 取消、变更、退款与积分
由于我们的甜品为手作、限量,且通常针对已确认订单专门制作,订单一经确认,通常一律不予退款。
除非订购页面另有说明或以书面形式确认:
- 取消或变更请求应在预定自提时间前至少 72 小时提出。
- 在自提前不足 72 小时提出的请求可能不被接受,且可能不符合退款或积分的资格。
- 爽约、延迟取货、自提日期错误、联系信息错误或顾客一方的排期问题,均不符合退款资格。
- 如果我们因无法履行而取消订单,我们将酌情提供退款、更换或店铺积分。
如果你的订单出现问题,请尽快联系我们,最好在取货或配送当天,并附上照片与问题描述。我们可能视具体情况提供更换、部分积分、退款或其他解决方案。
11. 食品安全与合规
Makkie Mua 致力于以安全、负责任的方式制作、包装与提供产品。顾客有责任遵循所提供的任何存储、运输、食用与消费说明。
某些产品可能受适用的食品安全、标签、家庭食品、家庭厨房食品(Cottage Food)、当地卫生部门或其他监管要求约束。产品供应可能取决于这些要求。
12. 顾客责任
下单即表示你同意:
- 你已年满 18 岁,或已获得父母或法定监护人的许可。
- 你提供的信息准确且完整。
- 你将在确认的时间与地点取货或收货。

13. 促销、折扣与礼品积分

Welcome to Makkie Mua. These E-Commerce Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website, place an order, purchase products, contact us about an order, or otherwise use our online services.

1. About Makkie Mua
Makkie Mua offers handmade creative desserts in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Our products are made in limited quantities and may be available through weekly preorder, special menu releases, seasonal offerings, or custom arrangements.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because our desserts are handmade in limited batches, menu items, flavors, sizes, decorations, pricing, and pickup availability may change at any time.
We may limit quantities, close orders early, refuse an order, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled safely, payment is not completed, or there is an error in pricing, product description, or availability.
3. Product Descriptions and Photos
We try to describe and present our desserts accurately. However, all products are handmade, so size, color, shape, decoration, texture, packaging, and appearance may vary.
Photos on our website or social media are for reference only. The final product may differ from photos due to seasonal ingredients, handmade preparation, lighting, packaging, design updates, or ingredient availability.
4. Orders and Preorders
Orders may be accepted through our website, order forms, WeChat, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or other channels we make available.
An order is not confirmed until we accept the order and, where applicable, payment is completed. Submitting an order form does not guarantee availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, order details, pickup information, and any special requests. We are not responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, service fees, payment processing fees, delivery fees, or other charges may be added where applicable.
Payment must be completed by the deadline we provide. If payment is not received on time, we may cancel or release your order.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for delays, errors, fees, declined transactions, or security practices of third-party payment services.
6. Pickup, Delivery, and No-Show Policy
Unless we expressly offer delivery for a specific order, products are pickup-only at the location and time confirmed by Makkie Mua.
Pickup locations and times may vary by week or by order. You are responsible for picking up your order during the confirmed pickup window.
Because desserts are perishable, late pickup may affect product quality. If you do not pick up your order during the confirmed pickup window and do not make arrangements with us in advance, the order may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or credit.
If delivery is offered, delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party delivery services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Storage and Freshness
Our desserts are made for freshness and should be handled carefully after pickup or delivery.
You are responsible for proper storage after receiving your order. Many desserts may require refrigeration, careful transport, and timely consumption. We may provide storage or serving instructions, but you are responsible for following them.
Makkie Mua is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper handling, delayed pickup, failure to refrigerate, leaving products in a car or warm environment, or consuming products after the recommended period.
8. Allergens and Dietary Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, fruit, chocolate, and other ingredients.
We do not guarantee that any product is allergen-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, or suitable for any specific dietary restriction unless expressly confirmed in writing for that specific order.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or food sensitivities should contact us before ordering. By placing an order, you understand and accept the risk of allergen cross-contact.
9. Custom Orders and Special Requests
Custom designs, flavors, decorations, packaging, messages, or special requests may be accepted at our discretion.
We will try to follow confirmed custom details, but handmade products may vary. We may refuse requests that are not feasible, unsafe, infringe third-party rights, contain offensive content, require unavailable ingredients, or cannot be completed within the requested timeline.
Changes to custom orders are not guaranteed after confirmation.
10. Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, and Credits
Because our desserts are handmade, limited, and often prepared specifically for confirmed orders, all sales are generally final once an order is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated on the order page or confirmed in writing:
- Cancellation or change requests should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Requests made less than 72 hours before pickup may not be accepted and may not be eligible for refund or credit.
- No-shows, late pickups, incorrect pickup dates, incorrect contact information, or customer-side scheduling issues are not eligible for refund.
- If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably on the same day of pickup or delivery, with photos and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement, partial credit, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
11. Food Safety and Compliance
Makkie Mua aims to prepare, package, and provide products in a safe and responsible manner. Customers are responsible for following any storage, transport, serving, and consumption instructions provided.
Certain products may be subject to applicable food safety, labeling, home-based food, cottage food, local health department, or other regulatory requirements. Product availability may depend on those requirements.
12. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will pick up or receive your order at the confirmed time and location.
- You will handle and store perishable desserts properly after receiving them.
- You will notify us of allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
- You will not misuse our website, order forms, payment systems, social media, or communication channels.
13. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Credits
Promotions, discounts, gift credits, or special offers may be limited by date, quantity, product type, customer, or order channel. They may not be combined unless we expressly allow it.
